ORDERING
There is no minimum order. All Personalized orders paid by money order, Master Card, American Express or Visa are usually delivered to you within 14 business days, but can occasionally take longer during the holidays (ie. Christmas).
TERMS
We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. Make check or money order payable to: Dartrick Designs.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are generally shipped using Priority Mail. We do NOT ship outside the United States and Canada unless it is to an APO address.

FAQ
Q: How do you work with our logo if we want it embroidered?
A: Send or Bring us your logo from a high resolution .eps, .tiff, .jpg or .bmp file. We will then have it digitized. Digitizing is a term that refers to the computerized method of converting art work into a series of commands to be read by an embroidery machine. These commands tell the machine when to start and what kind of stitches to sew, what colors are to be used, etc.
Q: What if I don’t have a logo but want one designed?
A: If you don’t have a logo already designed, we can take a look at the stock designs (found on our Design Samples/Fonts page) , and design a logo that will suit your needs.
Q: How much does custom embroidery cost?
A: There are a number of factors that determine price. The item itself (that jacket, shirt, bag etc.), whether we need to digitize your logo, buy a stock design, or already have it as part of our stock designs, the size of the design (how many stitches it has in it). Every job is different , so for a custom quote, please call or email us.
