Policies
The policies stated herein are general policies and are subject to change. The exact terms and conditions quoted to you in writing may differ in some circumstances from what you see on this page. The written quote and any attachments to the quote constitute the agreement between Neundorfer Design and Consulting and the client.
QUOTES
A quote will be given before any design work begins. The quote must be signed by the client in order to proceed with the design work. A signed quote signifies acceptance by the client of all the terms and conditions stated therein. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Any quote not accepted during that time frame is subject to review and cancellation.
PAYMENT TERMS
For projects under $500, a 50% deposit is required before work begins with the balance due once the design is completed, not when your site goes live.
If your project is more than $500, a 1/3 deposit is required before work begins with the balance due once the design is completed, not when your site goes live.
Full payment must be made before uploading your site to its domain.
These are general payment policies. The terms of your quote may differ from these. In such a case the quoted terms will take precedence.
CANCELLATION
Once the deposit is made and work begins on your site, the deposit is nonrefundable and will be retained by Neundorfer Design and Consulting as a cancellation fee in the event the client decides to cancel the assignment.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
The client agrees in no event will Neundorfer Design and Consulting or the principals, Oscar and Wende Neundorfer, be liable to the client, on any legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use of the services and goods provided. This includes, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or otherwise.
